Artist: Midtown Utica Community Center (MUCC)
Refugee students from Midtown Utica Community Center (MUCC) participated in a mosaic art project and installed their creations in August 2016. Concrete pillars are all that remain of housing for military personnel on the former Griffiss Air Force Base. The mosaic work was a collaborative project with Oneida Square Art & Design, Meyda Lighting, Mohawk Valley EDGE, and MUCC.
